We carry out immersion programs for schools and other educational centers 100% in English.
Through different educational methodologies such as the multiple intelligences, neurolinguistic programming and gamification, we generate an active and dynamic environment for students to learn in a more natural way.
We can carry out all types of programs according to the needs and schedules of the center:

We also provide the specific training for them and the lists of materials needed to carry out the programs.

During the interviews we try to engage with the candidate, to get to know them in a welcoming environment. This way the candidate will feel more comfortable to express themselves as best as possible.
We are currently recruiting teachers, trainers and educators for various educational companies overseas (Asia and Europe).
After having the first interview, we create a candidate profile in our system along with a short video introduction.
As recruiters, we collect all the documentation and make sure that the candidate feels accompanied during the bureaucratic process. This can be long and tedious, especially if we take into account the special circumstances in which we find ourselves.
This information is sent to the companies and they decide whether to make an offer to the candidate or not. If the candidate accepts the offer, a contract is sent that must be signed along with other documents necessary to obtain a work visa.
After the candidate’s visa approval, the candidate arrives in the destination country and will be guided by a local coordinator who will help him / her get used to the country.

Courses can be individual or in groups and adapted to the student's needs (exam preparation, conversation classes to improve fluency, specific courses to learn a specific vocabulary...).
